About the event
The topic of conversation at The Community Table this month is Self-harm. This free, open event is your chance to meet with our therapists and talk about topics that matter. But please note! We will never call on you to participate. All participation is voluntary and we provide additional virtual options for anonymous participation.
During this session, our team will lead a thoughtful group conversation. We’ll look at common misunderstandings and how to tell the difference between self-harm and suicidal thoughts. This is a space to ask questions, share concerns, and learn from professionals who have spent years guiding people through challenging times.
If you’ve ever wondered how to help a friend or coworker who might be harming themselves, this is a safe place to talk about what support looks like. All voices are welcome, and you do not need any background in mental health to attend.
